WHAT ARE INTERAC EMAIL MONEY TRANSFERS?

It's really easy: All you need to know is the email address of the person you’re sending money to. In our case it's rob@dogrunner.ca And because this service is available through your financial institution’s web service, there’s no need for stamps or envelopes.

It's really fast: An email message tells the recipient that the money is ready. If the recipient collects the money through online banking with a participating financial institution, the transfer takes place instantly.

It's completely secure: The transfer takes place with the same level of security and confidentiality as every other banking transaction.

Ask your banking institutions for more information.

(We will be accepting PayPal soon where you can pay from your PayPal account or use any major credit card.)

If you've never boarded with us before, please print and fill out our Boarding Agreement and bring it with you on the day you drop off your pet.


FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

If you are booking 7 or more days over March Break or Christmas Holidays, we will require a $100 deposit.




Deposit payment methods are cash, cheques, Interac E-mail Money Transfers, (Soon we will have PayPal where you can pay from your PayPal account or use any major credit cards.)

When we receive your deposit, we will send you confirmation a e-mail or give you a call to confirm.

Deposit refunds will be given if notification of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the booking date.

If e-mailing a cancellation, please make sure that you receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call from one of our staff. Otherwise assume we have NOT received your cancellation.

When you pick up your pet, the remaining balance is payable by cash, cheque, and E-mail Money Transfers. For E-mail Money Transfers send to rob@dogrunner.ca

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring enough food for the duration of your pet's stay.

DO NOT BRING BOWLS OR LEAVE LEASHES BEHIND

ALSO DO NOT BRING BEDDING OR CARPETS

We provide washable blankets.

Also, do not bring toys. If you absolutely MUST bring a toy it may or may not be returned to you. (They frequently disappear in our 2-acre field.)
